After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realised that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY body and needs… not random fads from people online or trying sporadic things hoping it might work!
I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Feeling tired constantly was not an option. Not having the energy to care for my Children the way I wanted was not an option. Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, moody and impatient was not an option. I was all in.
So I invested in a nutritionist and took a serious look at my life.
I added more whole foods that supported energy production into my diet, vital vitamins I was deficient in and swapped my gym visits for yoga classes to calm my nervous system. These made a huge and very quick improvement to how I was feeling.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And I started to find the old me again, more energised, more patient and the desire to do things that made me feel good again.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realised I HAD to help others do the same. So I studied to become both a naturopathic nutritionist and a yoga teacher.
