We knew we didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
Sarah - After years of dealing with crippling anxiety that lead to self harm, I was at the same point. I didn't want to feel like this anymore and everything I had tried until this point also didn't work.
We decided things had to change. That’s when I made our “No Plan B Commitment” .
Feeling tired constantly was not an option. Not being able to socialise because of anxiety was not an option. Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, moody and impatient was not an option. We were all in.
Hannah invested in a nutritionist and took a serious look at life. Sarah got out of her comfort zone with yoga teacher training even though she did not have the confidence to teach.
We both added more whole foods that supported energy production into our my diet, vital vitamins we were deficient in and swapped gym visits for yoga classes to calm our nervous system. These made a huge and very quickly improved how we were feeling.
We implemented all of the principles we’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And we started to find the old version of ourselves again, more energised, more patient and the desire to do things that made us feel good again.
This was our turning point.
After this, we realised we HAD to help others do the same. So Hannah studied to become both a naturopathic nutritionist and a yoga teacher. Sarah deepened her training to become a trauma informed yoga teacher and breath coach.
