Is this a group program?
Yes, you will go through each module yourself and then be able to ask any questions in the Facebook group and in our weekly group coaching call. 

This programme is only for likeminded women who are facing the same challenges as you, so you will find yourself in good company with a supportive network.
How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
12 weeks.   We are currently unable to take any further members but if you join our waitlist, we'll email you when we're open for applicants. 
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
1 hour ‘learning time’ is recommended each week, which will include some planning time to get your week organised. 

You will also want to come to the coaching call which will take you about 15 minutes but most women want to learn from others and stay for the whole call which is around 1 hour.
I’m going to be travelling next month, will I fall too far behind?
