About Me! Who Am I?
Hi I’m Hannah and I used to feel tired ALL THE TIME and didn’t know what to do about it. I mean - I got enough sleep (although falling to sleep was a challenge), but I was still constantly exhausted and I felt stressed and overwhelmed. After spending thousands of pounds on private healthcare, osteopaths, chiropractors and acupuncture and spending many years trying to work out why, I discovered what worked and how to stick to it.
Now I teach this exact method to Women who have the same challenges and I can't wait to share these steps with you!
